"Creatures, on the other hand, depending on the kind, would have more trouble escaping such a spell and causing further harm."

Always good to know what and when a spell became useful and when it was better to bench it.

"Step lively, let's go!" Up the mountain.

Again, Raziel had managed to get a question correct to the headmaster's reasonable satisfaction, and again, he struggled to hold back the joy that came from his acknowledgement. To be honest, Raz was always a tad starstruck in the headmaster's presence, and his sense of awe only grew as HE CONJURED A FREAKIN' Mountain, the absolute mad lad. Not one to sit and gawp when a true adventure was within reach, he shot up out of his seat. "Right behind you, headmaster!" the boy beamed as he strapped on the waist harness the way the professor had demonstrated and hurried after him. In all the excitement, he almost forgot to practice the spell! Almost.

"Ebublio!" he hissed quickly with a flick of his wrist, tracing a lower case "e" at a loose rock on the cliffside. As first attempts sometimes go, it didn't quite pan out, only causing a gentle stream of bubbles to spray out from the tip of his wand. Once more, this isn't such a tricky one! "Ebublio!", another flick of the wrist, and with a bright blue flash, the stone was encased in a shimmering bubble. With an appreciative look at his handiwork and then at his wand, Raz felt confident that he'd manage to make use of this jinx, should he need to. And even if he messed it up, he wasn't scared of the rocks. His trust in his headmaster was pure and absolute.

Hooking the wrope through his harness and passing it to his nearest neighbour, there was nothing for it at this point than to scurry up this little hill. How tall could it be, after all? Raz decided not to try to answer that question, and instead tackled the side of the mountain. He began to climb after the headmaster, emulating his climbing technique as best he could. Climbing with your wand ready was tricky, but if he kept his eyes open, he was sure he'd be fine. In-fact, he was so confident in his ability to handle this activity, he allowed himself an inviting glance at whoever was behind him to see if they needed a helping hand.
