She had actually taken a step, ready to back out when she detected Trent. She was in the right place then? Bewildered, she sidestepped a few bubbles on her way further in. “Good day, Headmaster,’’ Claudine said, her eyes not on the man but on a bubble approaching her. She went slightly cross eyed as it came ever so closer until it was aligned with her nose then… POP! It was gone in literally a blink of an eye.
She threw Trent a questioning look that said ‘Why are there bubbles here?’ then went to find herself somewhere to wait for things to begin.
