~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes. Her hands, out of sight under the table, balled into fists. Hearing the Headmistress saying that it wasn’t an accident made her blood boil. Claudine hated to be accused of things, especially if she did not commit the act or did not do so on purpose. Instead of saying anything, she chose to remain silent because of the act she was putting on in an attempt to get herself and Bernie out of trouble. Cece and Annalise too… but Bernie was her actual friend.
She did, however, startle when the CoMC professor spoke up. Claudine hadn’t known he was there. There was a sort of wave of relief that went through her when he confirmed that the movement was a complicated one. Surely this would work in the students’ favour?
The other statements about that her would not help her. “One would have been offered.’’ She may come across cold to others because she hated to socialise but she was not always indifferent to situations around her. “After your Headmistress grabbed me in a hostile way, I only thought of defending myself. Your gargoyles appeared out of nowhere and began attacking us.’’ SNIIIIIFFFFF.
Claudine bobbed her head in support of Cece’s words. “She doesn’t think much of Hogwarts students on the whole. I think that’s what Cece’s trying to say.’’ This Snakette was never afraid to say what was on her mind though in that moment, she wasn’t sure she wanted to say anything more because… Bernie.
