Default Care of Magical Creatures Lesson ❧ 1

CARE OF MAGICAL CREATURES LESSON
in the Rose Garden

The day was drawing to another illustrious end upon L'Académie de Magie Beauxbâtons and Mathys had been here in the Rose Garden for at least an hour now setting up magical perimeters and prepping the area. Having always found the grounds enchanting at this hour, the Care of Magical Creatures professor found himself wishing to take a stroll over to the cliff side view with his watercolors, but instead found himself questioning these Hogwarts students' ability to perform Loricatus.

They would be needing it this evening.

Comfortable wicker couches that seated five were arranged in three neat rows facing the lavish walls of the castle. Mathys himself stood just beyond these with a palm-sized smooth stone nestled on top of his right hand while his left was tucked dutifully behind his back.

Remember to mind the rules of the Rose Garden as you make your way in and find your seats. Your professor can only guarantee you safe instruction on how to handle magical creatures - an infuriated headmistress was beyond his pay grade.
