Dalton rarely took much time for his lunch - eating a sandwich quickly and downing some coffee in the Level 3 break room was his usual idea of a lunch break. But today he needed some more space: not only had he forgotten his sandwich, but his testing was not going to plan and he was frustrated with it. Distancing himself, attempting to turn his thoughts to other matters seemed like a good idea today. Maybe then, when he returned to the laboratory he'd be better positioned to find the answer.
Grabbing some food, Dalton chose a table in the corner of the seating area, as far away as possible from the rest of the Ministry staff. He was not in the mood for making small talk with strangers - not today, not ever.
