Drewett had been there all along, watching how the game was going. He had been personally excited about a quiz bowl and maybe then he'd have an interesting outlet for all the sometimes useless information and trivia his brain had absorbed from all the years of reading he'd down. He thought about watching the quiz bowl for a few rounds to see if it would put him on a competitive mood.
Except, perhaps, this wasn't the typical quiz bowl one would expect. Was it? Drewett wouldn't have expected that from Professor Sandhu. She always seemed to have a knack for adding an interesting twist to her lessons. He shouldn't have been surprised with the twist right there either.
Also??? Dia??? What kind of an answer was that? Drewett gave the younger Gryffindor a look from where he was seated, at the end of the Ravenclaw table. It was pretty ridiculous in a good way. Creative. Out of this world. Not one he'd have expected from the second year, if he were to be honest. It was also quite...what would the word be for it? Alarming? Something like that. Let's be real, though. Maxie's answer was a nice one too. Deserving of the win.
Drewett briefly glanced at Nina and nodded towards her as an invitation to sit. He wasn't joining, but he wasn't also going to stand there in the corner. This wasn't his type of quiz bowl. But that didn't mean he wouldn't be part of the audience.
