Chloe was feeling rather anxious, if she was being honest. For the most part she trusted Hogwarts - she herself being an alum from the Scotland school. Her siblings, her parents, her friends ... and yet there was something going on there that had her terrified about it. Was it truly a safe place? Sure one could argue that it made one a stronger wizard by surviving there, but at what cost? She was terrified about her younger cousins being there.
Perhaps she could work on portkeys to get everyone to safety. Was it even feasible? They used portkeys for hundreds - thousands - for world cup affairs before, so why couldn't they do it to evacuate the school? Perhaps she'd speak with Kendra on the subject... after she woke up somewhat.
