Nina Castillo wasn't particularly keen on the idea of a Slytherin House Get-Together. There were very few people she got on with in her own house. Or perhaps to be more accurate, there were very few girls she got along with in her house and that was reason enough to skip the day's activity. She did, however, want to make a good impression on their newest Charms Professor and Head of House. He had a pretty face, did he know? He probably did. Most pretty men weren't unaware, they were quite the opposite.
It was only when she more properly approached the lake that a desire to immediately turn around kicked in. This time it wasn't due to the company present because she didn't have a problem with any of those who were already here. No Eloise or Karlin in sight, which was quite promising. Kaiser was always good company. And the others, she hadn't formed an opinion on as of yet because she had hardly interacted with them at all. Only time would tell. What did make her uneasy was the presence of giant spider webs.
She approached the crowd with hesitance, immediately walking towards their Professor. "Um Professor," she looked at the man, before her eyes (full of worry and conCERN) immediately flew back up to one of the webs. "There won't be any spiders joining us today, will there?" Because if spiders were joining then Nina Castillo was not. Periodt. She didn't like creatures of ANY variety.
