The old woman was kind and fed them ALL the time. It was a little like what they said about feeding stray cats. These little guys always came back. Today was no different. While they spent most of their time hiding away in the dark crevices, multiplying with each new meal, this office was like a second home. Comfy places to get snug and a caring figure to give them cuddles and whatever she could fit into their mouths.

The mutants lounged all about, making their little giggle-esque noises as they waited to be fed.

It was about feeding time, wasn’t it? Once it was over, they would go back to hiding—and chomping.
