Default Evidence & Pensieve Rooms

EVIDENCE & PENSIEVE ROOMS
The Evidence and Pensieve rooms are only accessible by a locked door that opens only after an employee has presented their MLE badge. Therefore, only employees of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement have access to these rooms. Should anything come up missing or anything go wrong, understand you'll be the first checked. Do not allow unauthorized personnel beyond this point. Sensitive information is held in these rooms and it would be more than a shame if anything were to turn up broken or otherwise compromised.

The Evidence Room, on the right, is a large room with shelves full of evidence gathered by various members of law enforcement. Be sure to keep the files up to date and be careful with the labeling. Each shelved white box has a folder in the front that lists all information that can be found in the box and any possible information that has been acquired, as well as a list of inventory of the items found inside the box. Everything inside the boxes are charmed for safe keeping, securely stored, and labelled according to the date and divisions involved in the associated investigation. There are two registers on the wall, one for recording your visit and one for recording any evidence you handle OR remove from the room.

The Pensieve Room, on the left, is a slightly smaller room, which is filled with shimmery light. In the center of the room is a table with a large pensieve on top of it. On the shelves around the room, hundreds of vials both empty and full of memories from investigations can be found. Each vial that contains a memory states the date, the case it is being used in, and the person who's memory it is. They also contain any pertinent information such as if the memory was altered in any way.

At no point is it acceptable to have non-MLE personnel in either room.
