Juuuuuust as he was about to lean in for a mouthful of cheesy waffle cone a small person bumped into him. He somehow managed to save his cone from becoming pavement food but UGH, THIS was the reason Diagon Alley sucked. There needed to be an age limit. Or there had to be a rule that meant little kids couldn't be left unattended.

"OI!" Yeah, he was looking directly at you tearaway little girl. "I think the words you're looking for are excuse me."

Hadn't her parents taught her any manners!? And speaking of her parents.... "Where's your mum and dad??"
