LEGO has released a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of their new LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle, the second largest LEGO set ever created. In this video, the model and graphic designers who created the castle set describe several cool features they’ve included such as stained “glass” windows, the Hungarian Horntail on the Astonomy Tower, the giant chess set in the Chamber of Secrets, Umbridge’s office and the Weasley family flying Ford Anglia stuck in the Whomping Willow, as well as reveal a few Easter eggs that can be found in the set.



LEGO’s comprehensive 6,200 piece Hogwarts Castle set, releases on September 1. The model measures at measures over 22” (58cm) high, 27” (69cm) wide and 16” (43cm), and will feature all Hogwarts Houses, various classrooms, the Great Hall, Room of Requirement, the boat house (and boats!), minifigs of the four House Founders, and 27 trophy figs, including the characters of Harry, Ron and Hermione, of course.
