Deesey was excited. It was Deesey's first day of work at the paper as the new receptionist. Before arriving inside the building with a loud pop!, Dessey had put on her best dress (which really was a fancy bit of a turquoise petal tablecloth) and made a quick batch of biscuits. Deesey was hoping to make a good first impression with all of her new wizard and witch colleagues.
Deesey, of course, had to snap her fingers to levitate the plate onto the desk. It was too tall for Deesey. And Deesey even had to climb up the chair in order to sit on it. But to Deesey those were just little things. Deesey was just happy to be there. Deesey spinning around on the chair, a smile on her face, was proof enough of that. |
