As always, their department had been mostly quiet ever since they'd come back from their winter break. Griffin seemed to be doing well and Schuyler had mentioned a new Botanist joining the team, as well. Maybe she should hang out there more. They could use a few trained Botanists in her Division as well. She might have to talk to Noah about that.

On her lunch break, Olly had decided against going back upstairs to the food court, seeing as she'd brought her own homemade sandwich. Adulting, that's what that was called, wasn't it? She felt like a pretty good adult lately, too. Upon walking into the patio, Olly noticed a fellow employee from her department, Kat. She gave the woman a polite smile and...walked over to her. Since she'd just decided she was being a good adult and that usually included conversing with other people. Even those she wasn't friends with.

"Hello". That was a good start, wasn't it?
