Daehyun was petting one particularly cuddly bat as it fed from the palm of his hand when professor Wayland announced the end of the class. He couldn't help the pout on his face as the creature flew away, wishing he could stay there all night and befriend all of them.

As he cleaned the fruit juice that had become sticky on his hands with a Scourgify, he pulled the sleeves of his sweater back down, and grabbed a mango to eat on the way back to the castle. "Thank you, professor. Have a good night!" he said with a smile, turning around to wait for Shera before returning to the castle.
