Merlin she was starving. It was one of those Saturdays where she'd spent far too much time further up in the castle and suddenly felt like she had a hole in her stomach. Only way to fill that was to feed herself and by the looks of it, she'd gotten here in time to catch the tail end of lunch.
Was this really all they had left?
Jessa flopped down at the Ravenclaw table with a sigh, resigning herself to a quick stop over down in the kitchen if whatever was left at the table wasn't enough to hold her til dinner.
In all fairness......this probably WAS enough but she'd be lying if she said she didn't like seeing stacks of food while she was eating. Call it conditioning or just greed but the visual often helped her feel more satisfied than half empty plates once the horde had gone through.
Bright side, however, there weren't that many students left, now that most had already had their fill and left. Less chatter to contend with today.
