"Not going to happen," she stated rather calmly for someone with a badly injured leg. Sure her voice might have shown a hint of the pain and it probably was also reflected in her eyes as well to those that knew her but she wasn't about to give Nicky that satisfaction. She'd felt pain before and over the last few months she'd come to learn that there were other forms of pain that hurt far more then even her leg did right at that moment.

As the other girl walked over towards where she was slowly trying to move away from it quickly became clear that she wasn't expecting herself to keep going. One wouldn't normally come closer to their opponent unless they truly thought the duel was over or that had something else up their sleeve. Hady wasn't sure on which level this was true right now but what she did know was she needed to move away. Taking another step back, slowly, she was forced to put weight on her left leg in order to move and not be knocked over by Nicky as the girl flung herself on the ground. A small grin might have made it's way onto Hady's face as she then watched Nicky also roll away to avoid being hit with the spells.

She was expecting a retaliation of some sort but not in the form in which she received one. A leg shot out quickly in her direction right as a wand was pointed at her. There was twice options and both weren't great honestly. Hadleigh went to step back in hopes of giving herself some room at the same time Nicky's foot connected with the back of her left ankle. Gasping in pain as her leg was swept out from under her the Slytherin fell backwards once again hitting the ground hard just as her hands went down to break her fall, not that it helped much. Her wand flying from her hand to land about a foot away from her from either the fall or being hit with the charm cast on her she wasn't sure.

All she understood was she didn't have her wand right then, she was on the floor...again, and now she was in pain. Even more so then before. There was also a few other things she knew but nothing she was going to say out loud. However she did fix her hazel eyes on the other girl giving away how angry she really was and how she knew that Nicky wasn't following the rules of the duel.

Not that it mattered now. The duel was over. Not having her wand meant she wasn't able to do anything.
