Her first charm may have been easily shielded by her second one was right on the spot even if it hadn't done much more then make the other girl dive out of the way. It was enough to show her that Nicky was fast with her movements and even faster with her wand casting. This was fine by her. It would be a decent match between them in this case.

The spell that fell from Nicky's lips was one she wasn't going to allow to hit her. Jumping to the side out of the way it sailed past her but left her directly in the path of the next spell. The small explosion that happened right in front of her sent her flying backwards and crashing down onto the floor on her back. Ouch. A small pained coughed left her lips as the wind was knocked out of her momentarily. Blinking a few times Hady aimed her wand towards the Ravenclaw quickly preforming the movements for both the 'Homing Spell' which was accompanied by "Glacius."

Only after the completion of the latter charm did she slowly push herself up onto her knees and then rise to her feet. She was pretty sure she would have some bruising and scraps from that one.
