Alex still wasn't sure how she felt about her new role in the permitting division. At first glance, it seemed like it be a heck of a lot of paperwork and not a lot of interaction with charms and such - the part she thoroughly enjoyed about controlling the climate. However, now that she'd been into her new role a couple days, she realized that charms was definitely still an intricate part of the permitting area. And as director, she had to make sure those charms weren't wonky or anything. Not to mention, the decent sized pay increase she got was plenty nice as well.
However the climate controller part of her found herself drawn to the weather maps in the records room, because it'd been a huge part of what she'd done the last several years. Perusing the maps carefully, she wondered idly about any permitting employees she had working under her.
