~ Rise and Rise Again, Until Lambs become Lions ~
Amur's concern, or 'tense nature' as the boy called it, instantly slipped away for a mixture of surprise, horror and disdain. Truth, there was some color that instantly hit her cheeks at Yoongi's self-absorbed comment. Truth, she wasn't exactly sure why said heat was there. It was the frustrating repeat of Zeke and his wet shirt down at the lake. And she hated it.
Whether it was an immediate response to such an internal dilemma, or simply a need to make her surprise look like something else, Amur threw her previously convicted caution to the wind. "I think you need another dumpling to the face."
Too bad the first hadn't hit. Might have helped knock the boy down a peg or two. And that was all she was going to say on any topic of feast, Head Boy or apology.
At least, that was what she thought, until Yoongi talked about dumping a class. Turning slightly, Amur peered up at him incredulously. "Badge's are allowed to drop classes?" Yes, there was a lot of skepticism seething from her, because it just didn't make sense. Badgers were supposed to be role models on all manner of things. Dropping out was not being a role model. At least, not in the bubble of a world she'd grown up in. Who knew, maybe that was wrong thinking too.
Though, he was proving he deserved it in one respect. Namely offering to help her even after the fact of the food fight. Amur chewed on that for a moment before nodding. "I could use a hand. Don't know the library very well." That was, if he was still willing to help after her most recent comments.
