Casting for late teenaged and early-20s young men for the upcoming
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child plays is currently underway, as
noted by the casting call listed below.
Given the age range, and the fact that they will play 'large, central roles', the characters cast will probably be James Potter (Harry's elder son), the titular
Cursed Child Albus Potter (given that teen girls were being cast weeks back for Rose and Lily) and Harry's godson Teddy Lupin.
While the logo said the play will take place 19 years later - around the time of the epilogue - given that teens are being cast for the lead children may indicate that the story may take place a few years after the
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows epilogue.
Please note that while it does list the casting, it's not confirmed which characters are being searched for. For those interested and fit the age range, contact the casting team at
Horan and Hines immediately.
