47. Undetectable Extension Charm

Lily's growing belly was an excitement for the two of them. There wasn't a lot that they were excited for lately. The growing child had started moving in Lily's womb, and if James pressed his hand on her stomach, he could sometimes feel their child move. It was a delightful feeling. They laughed, their eyes watering in happiness, knowing that something they loved so deeply already was safe, tucked away from the world.

A knock at the door, three quick knocks followed by two slow knocks, a key turning, and the front door opening.
"Hello," bellowed Sirius. James helped Lily off the couch, even though her stomach wasn't quite large enough to be causing her problems standing up.
"Hey," they both replied, meeting him in the kitchen.
"I got everything on the list, even... this," he said, pulling out a piece of ginger with a look of revulsion on his face. "Looks like a mandrake."
Lily laughed, "It's ginger. It helps with nausea."

From the shopping bag, he pulled out enough food and supplies for a week.
"How did you put an undetectable extension charm on one plastic bag without the muggles being suspicious?" James asked, chuckling.
