It was bad enough not to be working with Adi in their other classes. Potions had been especially trying. But here…with Thompson….taking care of baby griffins?
Torture.
That’s what it was. And Benny couldn’t even be happy in his favorite subject, Something Adi apparently had no trouble with as the Gryffindor watched him. Over there…across the paddock…having all the fun in the world.
His chest was suddenly nudged and he dropped his attention back down to his own charge. The sad boy reaching a hand to scratch the griffin on it’s feathered head.
“Yeah Hiccup…it’s just us.”
