Zander was genuinely amused. He was still pretty grumpy that Sophie Brown was no where to be seen yet. Because he chose this job with a PLAN. But watching Yoongi decide whether he was going to take the plunge was surprisingly a good alternative. Of course it wasn't as great as looking at Sophie Brown was gonna be... But you can't always get what you want. So anyways. Back to Yoongi. This was happening. Or was it? The whole dancing around the slide thing was getting confusing. Was he really gonna do it or not?

.... For the record, Zander never said anything about being scared. But now that it was out there, yes Zander DID think Yoongi was scared. "Then for Merlin's sake, Yoongi. Just do it!" Where was all this confidence coming from? Probably still getting over his initial rush from going on the slide himself tbh. And oh. Oh man. Yoongi was going to do it. He was really about to go?? FINALLY!!!

Zander let out a big whoop to cheer the guy on before--Wait? Was he screaming? The blonde accidentally let out a loud laugh, but otherwise tried his best to stay calm, as to not anger the other Gryffindor. But seriously, so much screaming. Even Zander managed to go down without sounding like a lunatic. "Proud of you, man." He nodded at Yoongi just as the guy made it to the very bottom. "But maybe next time you can try it without the screaming, yeah?" Oops. Zander was just really amused, okay?

Also, yo. What's with the splashing. He quickly wiped the water from his eyes and face. Careful where you flip your hair!! If only Zander still had enough hair to do that. Sigh.

Merlin, Zander really needed to work on his whispering. Ahem. His face flushed a bright pink, but he was smiling all the while because that's what your supposed to do. "It is Sir! Loads!" Please do not use all of Yoongi's screaming as an indication of fun because it actually was the best thing at this entire event. Yoongi was just being... Yoongi. Also, sorry for thinking your legs are hair, Mr K. But... Y'know. The truth will set you free and all.

"Oh, um, sorry Professor," Zander gave him a shy 'oops my bad' kind of look. The guy was old. Zander had forgotten that bit for a second there. "I guess we really should've thought up a better system." Though he thought the yelling back and forth thing was actually kind of fun.

As for Professor C's answer, Zander was hardly satisfied. But before he could ask 'why the heck not' his CoMC Professor beat him to it. Yeah, WHY NOT? Hm? Zander didn't see a good enough reason. It was hot. And fun. And they worked really hard on it. That'd be like Zander going to Potion's class and just not doing the classwork because 'he didn't feel like it'. Except as a student he was sort of required to and... Anyways. Bad analogy. But also, did Zander really want to see another hairy Professor? Probably not.

Which really was not the best of ideas considering how shallow a wading pool was.
