Hady knew exactly where she was going when she'd entered the passageway to Honeyduke's. The moment she'd stepped foot into the darkness the third year cast a murmured 'Lumos' holding her wand firmly in her hand in front of her. It wasn't the brightest of lights but it was enough to cast a glow across the walls or fall to keep her from falling flat on her face. However it wasn't enough to show every spiderweb lurking around everywhere!
"Ew..." she muttered quietly plucking the sticky web from her hair and wiping a hand over her face. "This is getting really out of hand..." Sighing quietly she whispered a soft 'Nox' cancelling the light charm before casting a quick 'scourgify' on herself to rid her face, hair and clothing of all the dirt and webs. Maybe this had been a bad idea... All she'd wanted was peace and quite as she took the long trek towards Honeydukes. This wasn't what she had in mind though!
Once she was clean or close enough to it Hady cast 'lumos' once more holding her wand a bit further out in front of herself in hopes of being able to not walk into webs so much. |
