Hiding behind this mask thing was actually better than what Leah expected. Obviously, it was not as good as revealing her pretty face, but this way she could interact with people without feeling self-conscious. She could flirt freeeeely with anybody. Geez, seeing her friends hanging out with their boyfriends certainly had an impact on Leah.
Dressed in her beautiful ball gown, she headed down to the lake and straight towards the buffet slash dance floor. She sighed. As if anybody would ever ask her out for a dance. That was when she bumped straight into a girl who was standing in the middle of nowhere.
"Umfh, sorry," she said apologetically.
Now, that girl looked familiar.
