Beth was excited that this was actually happening! She was at the orientation to start her new job! She couldn't believe that she was employed with the Department of Mysteries, it was more than she could have ever hoped for. Plus the income was greatly needed, her mother being ill had drained her bank account.

So bouncing into the lounge to see if she maybe she could find Victoria or at the bare minimum make some new friends. She gazed around and decided to take a seat. This looked like a good group so far. Everyone here seemed friendly, this was a good way to start, she was sure of it!

And that's when Beth noticed the man hit the floor. Dear Merlin!! Beth jumped up quick to go see if he was okay. "Oh my!! Are you okay Sir?" She asked bending down toward the floor to make sure he hadn't broken anything. Oh how embarrassing for him!!
