On this specific day, though, she was in a good mood because Valentina had agreed to come down with her, which was a miracle considering the girl was like an angry little hermit.
"Sit with me," she said mumbled, linking her arm around her friends and leading them to two empty seats. And there was the professor, all little and nodding. "Good day, professor," she greeted with a formal nod, even though he didn't look like he'd respond.
Oh boo. Herbology. Miss Valentina's least favorable subject, however her dear cousin insisted she attended this lesson and leave her hermit shell for one day.
Not admitting she was actually pretty pleased to be hanging out with Beverly, she flashed a smile and nodded "fine, pick a seat." Valentina agreed, in her broken English.
Passing by the small man in front of the greenhouse, Valentina's eyes widened. She was bewildered...what happened to the rest of him? Or was that it? He forgot to grow...
Valentina continued walking next Beverly, until reaching their seats. The young
Gyffindor was extremely socially selective, therefore her effort to speak to other students was low...very low.
Glancing around she eyed those who were already here and those who were barely arriving as well.
