Emrys shook his head. "Not here, no." He stood, looking over to the rack of heads to use, hand idly rubbing at the back of his neck. He did turn back to her, though, as he spoke. "Muggle bowling though, yeah." But not since they'd stopped spending holidays with their grandparents. "It's... been a few years."

He looked down at her feet when she mentioned the shoes. Different colors was a true enough statement, but Emrys wasn't exactly an arbiter of cool. "There was a kid in my muggle school who wore them all the time," he said, still looking at the shoes and shrugging. "If you really liked them, you could always just get a pair and wear them like regular shoes..." or something.

Looking up, he gestured to the lane. "You want to go first?"
