She had almost dumped the Creamy Cucumber Chive Cups Salmon and Cream Cheese Stuffed Nasturtiums on her twice when Edward showed up like a knight in a shining white dress shirt. She chuckled and happily passed him the plate. "It didn't seem like that much when I put the food on my plate." She led the way to a raised table so they could rest their drinks and eat quietly, but remain standing and visible. She still hadn't a chance to meet her new boss, but then again, she wasn't sure what said boss looked like.
"Thanks again for coming with me," she stated resting her wine glass on the table. She picked up one of Greek Salad Skewers and flipped it this way and then that before shrugging and taking a small bite. "Even if we haven't had much time to talk."
