Dmitry finished off the Vatrushka his babushka had given him when he'd visited on the weekend as he stepped into the lobby. The treat had been delicious as always and worth the walk back to his car, even though it had taken up his lunch break to retrieve it. He was just glad he wasn't going to have to eat at his desk today. It had become something of a regular occurrence lately but not an enjoyable one. He guessed he wasn't being paid to eat though. He got paid to be productive.
Which was why he'd used the remainder of his lunch break to grab some files he needed rather than coming straight back up so he could spend ten minutes resting. That wouldn't have been productive though so he'd grabbed them before coming up and he was flicking through one of them while he walked, hopefully avoiding all people and furniture that might be in his way.
