Perhaps her experiences and expertise would help persuade things in their favor. She had a business interest in that as well.

Of course, it annoyed her slightly that her husband's own flying carpets were not selected to be represented here today. Instead, various other vendors were present to advertise their own wares. Perhaps it did not matter though. It wasn't like anything could actually be sold today. That needed to change and then that would open up an entire new market for her family. For now she could scope out the other vendors while she waited for the debater to start. She could admit some of these carpets were quite stunning.
"Madame Singh? Is that you?" Farwaris had not met her before, but her husband was known enough in the community that the wizard standing before the large double-knot carpet amongst a jungle of exotic plants thought it might be her forher face perfectly matched an etching one of the wives of a fellow carpet wizard had done of Singh and his wife. It only made sense that she might have been there as well and he was only too glad to see another representative to argue in favour of doing business in the United Kingdom once again. Sweeping assumptions. That's how Farwaris stayed so calm.

Her neck would break.

Hard.

The wares, all of them and some of the carpets too, were beautiful….some looked a bit on the dusty side.
"Looking for something special?" The short vendor with large eyes could see the witch looking over at least one piece of merchandise, but it did not seem to her liking. Of course it would not be. They had differing tastes in different parts of the world. "Perhaps something a little more green?" His mellow tone offered as he stepped out of the way to reveal his custom bred exotic plants. "Persian dittany? Or an ever-plum shrub?"
