He started laughing to himself, "You should hear my sister! When she's around my parents, she has this full accent and when she's somewhere else, it's suddenly American. It's hilarious! She doesn't even notice." Phrases? He chuckled again. This kid was a hoot. "Yeah, sure. Over our cups of coffee, yeah?"

It wasn't that hard finding the kitchen when the entrance to the common room was right there, kid. "Where there's food, I'll be there."
