She would have questioned if it was necessary, but considering it got two rings in the space of a couple of minutes went without saying she shouldn't judge. As for it being a social call, when did she do those? "Nope," she replied with a shake of her head, she'd hardly had enough time to make social calls to the Minister's Office, let alone elsewhere.
