Absolutely no magic is to be used in the lobby of IMC in the Harlequin building. The lobby is in front of the lifts right outside of Gidyun's office. It has nice comfortable chairs and a large desk that is usually unattended. There is a receptionist in the lobby who will greet you, but she is a Muggle! Remember! Be very careful of using magic in Muggle London! If you use magic, there might be a muggle just around the corner watching.
