He fell down on the way then quickly collected himself and kept rushing to the animal.
The little boy literally jumped at the kneazle and grabbed its tail.

Evelyn gave no smile with the agreement. Her light hazel eyes were watching Hunter like a hawk after he was put down, as well as the pets wandering around him. No, the pet they got was going to be an indoor pet. She was determined on it. Something clean and well mannered and apparently wouldn't mind their tail being grabbed.
"Hunter, don't..." Cut off from what she was going to say, she turned her gaze to Josh, silently staring for a split second. Until she quietly scoffed. "No. You hold them fine. I just didn't want a tantrum on our hands when we just got here." Shifting Ryder to her other hip, the young woman made her towards her adventurous son on the ground.
