Post Wizarding World Los Angeles park rumored to have Hogwarts with Great Hall dining area

New rumours have been released regarding the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, including that Hogwarts may end up being larger and more detailed than its twin in Orlando. Do note that of course these are all rumours, and that Universal has not confirmed, especially given that the west coast park will not open until around 2016.

Behind the Thrills noted that as part of the rumours, there will be no Three Broomsticks restaurant in Hogsmeade, but to make up for its loss, Hogwarts will be much larger and include a Great Hall. In terms of rides, there is said to be a larger Ride of the Hippogriff with walk-in Hagrid's Hut, but no Dueling Dragons coaster. Again, these are all rumours until anything is confirmed.

Rumours include:
• Smaller Hogsmeade village, with no Three Broomsticks or Dueling Dragon roller coaster.
• Hogwarts said to be full scale (larger than Orlando version), and will include the Great Hall, which will be the main dining area (the first ever experience in the world if true). The only Great Hall set that exists in scale is at Warner Bros Studio London in the UK, yet it is just a display and not for public seating.
• At Hogwarts, if true, there will be an interactive Defense Against the Dark Arts class, with a professor, where students will go up against dark forces. This is said to include Cornish Pixies, Boggarts, and Death Eaters.
Again, these are all rumours until more information is released, which may not be until 2015, unfortunately. SnitchSeeker will continue to report news about the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Hollywood, both confirmed and strongly rumoured, as they are released.
