^Erm. If I recall, and I just double-checked in Deathly Hallows, when Harry jumps out of Hagrid's arms, he doesn't use a spell on Nagini because Neville had just killed her with the sword of Gryffindor.

Which incantation can counteract the Leg-Locker Curse?
