Sophie stared at the seeds for a while. They were indeed really cool! She wiped off the gooey thing that was still around them and placed them into the calico bag in front of her.

Looking back at the Puffapod, Sophie held it with her left hand once more and pulled off the remaining membrane from the stem with her right hand. She then held the slimy membrane with both hands, went to the compost heap and placed it there. Eek! That did look kind of gross.

Text Cut: Parchment Harvesting Puffapod Seeds 1 - ~~Put on your protective gear.~~ 2 - ~~Using the scalpel make an incision down the side of the pod, from top to bottom.~~ 3 - ~~Insert your hand into the incision and remove the seeds from the membrane. (You should get around 4 or 5)~~ 4 - Collect the seeds into the bags provided, remove the remaining membrane from the plant by simply pulling it off the stem and place it in the compost heap. 5 - Tidy up your work space and wait for further instructions.
