Chapter 43: You don't whisper quietly

I ran back outside to Harry who was standing there waiting. "How long does it take to grab a jacket?" Harry asked.

I put my hood back up, "Sorry, by the time I went back in there it was already covered with a fine layer of dust. I would have send it to a dry-cleaner but I don't trust that owl bladder,"

"Ok, you can stop," Harry pleaded. We started walking down the road in silence. "I kinda noticed the abnormally tall redhead sprinting out of the pub,"

"Oh, did he happen to mention anything of interest?" I questioned.

"No he ran out to fast muttering 'she's right, she's right'," Harry stared at me with seriously familiar eyes.

"Well," I stopped walking as my feet brushed against the barbed-wire fence, "We females tend to be right,"

Harry just kept looking at me, "What did you say? Because I don't need you fighting my battles,"

"You don't like me winning your battles," I muttered under my breath.

"Huh?"

"Nothing, I just filled him in," Harry finally looked away, smiling. Then he gave me a quick hug.

"I totally heard you before,"
