Good. Heavens. At the rate Gryffindor and Slytherin was moving they were going to have no chance of getting out of the negative numbers by the end of the term feast. Honestly, what in the world was going on? Waiting until it seemed like the right moment Adam decided to introduce himself to the teacher.

"I'm Adam Fitzgerald, I'm a fifth year, and I would like to pursue Defense Against the Dark Arts at a NEWT level because I find it to be both interesting as well as useful, and it is my ambition to become an Auror at the Ministry. I'm not sure if it's better to do that this year or wait until after I've taken my O.W.L.s though." Hopefully that was good enough for Professor Glass to see that he was interested in DADA.
