So the clue is actually posted when I'm online, but it's not working for me when I put in the answer. I get taken to the Parseltongue Translator, but there's no Magical Quill or anything and I'm not sure what to do

Go back. Skip the intro. Look above the Parseltongue translator. 'The quill is here' is above it. Click it. It will have a link to Pottermore. If not, refresh or go back. Keep trying and good luck.
