The chance to watch it in theater...
Not everyone has that chance. I'm in Iran, and I have to wait months to get the DVD...
and it's so sad that this is how I'll have to say goodbye to the series I literally grew up with.

Anyway,
I have ten questions from the friends who've watched it. Sorry it's a lot, I just wanna know how the movie is...

1) Among the trio who acted the best?
2) How long was the Prince's Tale part, and what was Harry's reaction afterward? I mean, in the book he sort of jumped out of the memories and he fell to the floor and all... was his reaction like in the book?
3) The scene of Lily's death, was there any dialogs like the part in the book?
4) Can you tell me about King's Cross part? How was it?
5) Is it true they say the movie is even better than the book?
6) Was King's Cross shown right after Harry's DEATH? Do the audience know by the time the procession part begins, that Harry's actually alive? How did he come to life in front of the others?
7) Is it better in 2D or 3D? or both...?
8) How was the epilogue; who acted the best in the part? How was the makeup and atmosphere?
9) Was there any of famous scenes or dialogs changed majorly? Any scenes added? Were they good? Did you hate any changes, or love any?
10) Can you explain the "Price's Tale" and "the Forest Again" parts as much as you can please?

Again, sorry they're too many.
I'll answer as many as I can that I can remember off the top of my head!

1) I think they are all at the peak of their acting performance within the series. I honestly couldn't tell you who acted better as they were all so excellent.
2) The Princes Tale lasted, at least, 10 minutes. It may seem short, but everything was so beautiful and touching. And yes, Harry reacts very similar to the book. He sits down in Dumbledore's office as he soaks it all in.
4) Its bright! After the darkness of the entire film, it is definitely other worldly, even if I did think Dumbledore resembled Gandalf the White quite a bit.
5) I think it depends on your preferences. Some people like the movies better and yes, it was an AMAZING movie, but nothing shall ever beat reading the books.
6) Yes, after Voldemort hits him, we go directly into the Kings Cross scene. And when Voldemort is in front of the doors of Hogwarts, Harry throws himself down to the ground after a distraction by Neville - who is none the wiser that Harry is alive as anyone else.
8) Epilogue was great Dan really performed the best as he posessed most of the dialogue. The kids were adorable and the whole scene was just really touching. As he train pulls away, the camera zooms in to the trio and its just very nice.

Luna actually makes it in quite a few scenes. We see here when the trio find out about the Room of Requirement upon their return to Hogwarts. Luna also directs Harry to find The Grey Lady, she has a scene with Neville after the battle, and I'm sure there is another scene, but I can't quite remember right now, I was so overwhelmed on Monday with everything!
