Armen was a stressing a bit. He and the other Department Heads it seemed, had recieved a memo from Lord Borr regarding the 'Enhancement of the Ministry' via plants and the like. It was an odd request but one that Armen and his department couldn't dream of ignoring.

So after reading the memo, the Department Head took to the stairs, in a confused state not really sure where he was going but he needed to talk to someone. But who?
