As always, Braeden was finding himself, once again, with too much free time in his hands. Well, it wasn't all that free seeing as he had piles of homework to get done, buuut… that could wait until tomorrow. He didn't feel like chopping his brain into little pieces just yet. Instead, the boy wandered aimlessly around the halls of the school, and by the time he reached the second floor, his mind had gone in a different direction - food. Oh yes… a visit to the kitchens right about now would be nice.

However, something shiny and sparkly caught his eye and since this cowardly lion suffers from ADD (not yet clinically proven), he soon forgot all about food as he approached the suit of armor that stood tall and proud down the hall. Heh. Brae had always liked this suit, and as second year ages ago imagined himself wearing it. Yeah, that would've been impressive; even if back then he had only been big enough to fill up one of the armor's legs. He had grown since then, obviously, but his lanky physique probably wouldn't be able to handle the weight of such armor.

So he used it for the next best thing - a fun mirror.
The surface was perfectly smooth and shiny, and his reflection always looked completely twisted. And Braeden, being the child he was, found nothing to be more amusing than seeing his forehead looking like it was two feet tall and his eyes so wide that he looked like some type of creature from Mars.
Completely oblivious to the other students shooting him weird looks and snickering to himself like the big doof he was, Braeden posed before the shiny suit, admiring the reflection of a very, very tall boy with a head larger than the rest of his body and a torso and legs so thin they looked breakable. This was more fun than a funhouse!
