im not brilliant at poetry but Im giving it a try... i think my poetry is far too sad

heres two i made for the LLFC

In your eyes

I look up from the table
and look over by you
you sit alone reading
you do not seem to care
you look over at me
our eyes catch for a moment

As I look in your eyes
I see mine reflected in yours
I see the dreams
that float through your mind
I see the magic
that works deep inside

Your eyes look deep into mine
you see what im thinking
you see my mind
you look through and see me truly
you see the light and the dark
fighting through me

People look on you
through their eyes
they see someone different
someone not their kind
they see the outside
the shell that shields your soul

Then you turn around
and the moment is gone
your sat back at the table
singing your song
the lion roars
the serpent cries
the life within dies.

She was called Luna
Luna Lovegood they say
She dreampt of magic creatures
she lived by her own way

She always was the one
who was always true to herself
the opinions of others
never got her down

They said that she would fight
for what she belived in
the truth that she seeked
drew her to the light

And now Luna lives
she's lost her life
she lives all alone
alone in strife.

this is a poem I just made up from harrys PoV

Running

Im tired of running
away from the truth
I have to give up
but it is too soon

I must keep on fighting
though the going is tough
I can keep going
even through the dark

Im running away
I must hurry
the world will catch me
one way or another.

The loony
She looked around the room
Her eyes dizzy and dazed
She wore a lion topped hat
many people thaught she was crazed
She lived the way she liked
not anyone else's way
there is only one Luna
Luna Lovegood, the loony

Lovegood Luna, she sat in her chair
Luna Lovegood, she simply stared

Lovegood Luna could see things others couldn't
Luna Lovegood give in to being normal she would'nt

Lovegood Luna would simply smile

Lovegood Luna with passion and hope
Luna Lovegood would never sulk and mope

Crying for you

I lie in my bed waiting for you to call
But I hear nobody, nobody at all
I wait for your owl to say you love me too
but im just left here, crying for you.

Scorn.

As I laugh and scoff at you
deep in my heart my love is true
I call you a mudblood and snigger and sneer
but I secretly wish you were here
Lying in my arms, to sniff your sweet smell
If it will ever happen only time will tell
If you love another, I simply do not know
but if I dont tell you, one day you will go
Then I will never see you again
my heart will be torn
I am truly sorry
for all my scorn.
