Unsaid things

Your lips are moving but I hear no sounds,
All I hear is my heart as it softly pounds.
The world around you fizzles out,
But in my mind is a nagging doubt.
You don't like me that way, I'm just a friend;
Well it's better than nothing- I don't want that to end.
So I'll just keep it all in, lock up my heart,
I'm happy with friends if we don't have to part.
In my last breath I'll whisper what's true;
Those unsaid words: I've always loved you.

Tell me what you think, though I doubt anyone will read this. Plenty more to come yet though even if I'm the only one who reads them lol. Oh well

Behind the Smile.

You see the smile,
You see the grin,
But you do not see
The pain within.

It's hidden well
With the mask I wear,
The tears I cry
When no one's there.

You'd see the pain
If you took a while,
For your eyes to see

Somebody save me, I'm dying here,
Choked by solitude, drowning in fear.
I'm calling for help, just open you eyes,
My cries are not vocal; I'm screaming inside.
My eyes are red, my face is glum,
My wrists are bleeding, Then all goes numb.
As I lay here dying, I realise,
There's no-one to save me or hear my cries.
Then the tears stop falling, my eyes shut tight,
My heart stops beating- then my soul takes flight.

No happiness, no joy, no sadness or tears,
My soul is empty, there's just me and my fears.
No tales of heartbreak or feeling alone,
The feelings are gone, no reason to moan.
No thoughts on my mind, though full it may seem,
I'm so empty inside that I can't even scream.
No hiding my feelings, for I don't know what's there,
They're engulfed in the blackness and stripped down bare.
I'm just... empty.

I told you I'd come, I told you Will,
And I know that you're with me and love me still.
It's been a whole year since I saw you last,
But the love in my heart is big and vast.
Not a day goes by when I don't whisper your name,
I live for the day we're together again.
And I'll be there Will, and I'll hug you tight,
And I'll kiss your lips with all my might.
We'll come to the garden, We'll sit on our bench,
Nothing shall part our love-filled clench.
I'll wait for that day, I'll wait for you,
I'll wait for your kiss, Will, I swear this is true.
I'll always be waiting, and every year,
I'll come to this bench, I'll meet you here.
And when my daemon dissolves and my hearts in two,
I'll be in the garden a-waiting for you.

My heart is in chains, locked up tight,
I swallowed the key and trembled in fright.
Now no one can break it, break it in two,
It's safe from the world, it's safe from you.
But then I look into your eyes, I feel the strain,
The strain of my heart as it fights in vain.
You ruined my plan, We must stay apart,
The pain's too much... Just rip out my heart!
Take your axe and break into the chain,

Ice
Chewing on ice and it runs through her veins,
Spills on to the floor like a grey cloud rains.
Blinking the tears back and her eyes stay shut,
Icy tears on her cheeks, icy blood in the cut.
Her heart frezes over and so does her life,
She ended it all when she picked up the knife.
Don't feel guilty, but don't forget me,
Remember my name and I'll RIP.

Black Rose

In a garden of colour, she was the black rose,
Dull at first sight, full of beauty up close.
They stared from a far, never looked deep,
They looked for the thorns to make her weep.
They're all sorry now, now it's too late,
Now that she's gone they've forgotten their hate.
She'd had enough of life, had enough of the pain,
She didn't want to be called those bad names again.
They all felt so bad, and damn right too,
They wanted to tell her what they said wasn't true.
Now outside her house, the irony shows,
For what they laid there was a single red rose.

Painting with words.

I need no paintbrush nor any paint,
To show you a picture of love or hate.
All I need are words to paint it clear;
I could paint a heart upon a spear.
I could paint a picture of my life,
Use my words to smear the knife.
Painting words straight into your head,
I could make your face contort with dread.
This world is empty for me to sketch,
To paint and grow and fill and stretch.
My mind is the paint, my words each stroke,
That make each bark, meow and croak.

Hey...those are good...^.^ I'm writing alot of poetry lately, too; people ACTUALLY say it's good too...but yeah...those are REALLY good.

I have one in the making as I type this lol. Aren't trick or treaters annoying?

This is the first part of a poem, I'm still playing around with the next bit. For now it's called Grin and Bear It.

The handle firmly in my grasp,
The blade cuts through my skin,
The searing pain is healing me;
I watch the blood and grin.

I finished it and changed the name to Grin.

A tear rolls down my cheek,

Suddenly, it's over,

Through all the pain I grin.

And this one just came to me:
Do not cry.

I may not be beside you
But I'm always by your side,
If you look, you're sure to find me;
I never really died.

Do not stand by gravestone
And cry those tears for me,
I never really left you,
I'm alive as I could be.

Ignore what people tell you,
What I say is true,
Please don't cry- it's pointless,
For I live on in you.

Trust

I learned the truth
And hatred burned,
The trust was gone,
Though not long earned.
I'd been betrayed
This couldnt be real,
A wound in my heart
that will not heal.

Desperate lies
That anger me,
All the pain
That you set free.

Life's a *****
But you must try,
You might scrape through,
You might get by.

Try your best,
You'll soon pull through,
You've drained my trust,
But my faith's in you.

The sea holds many secrets,
Deep within it's heart,
If we tried our best to find them,
I doubt we'd reach the start.

The sea holds tears of angels,
They rain into it's arms,
It captures them and makes them smile,
Then sends them to the stars.
