A long time passed
Since last
I loved you.
Since then I've grown
Have shown
That I was over you.
No-one can stop fate
Or erase
Their true feelings.
Now love
Has turned
To face me again.
I can't ignore
Though implored
To do so.
Obsessions.
Confessions.
Love.
I have to
Give
In.
It's consuming me,
It's unrequited, true,
Someday I'll meet with you.
Until then
I dream on
I think about you.

Slowly up around my ankles

Twisting, twining,
Like a venemous vine;

My legs,

Crumpled, black, shrivelled;
Body no match for emotion.
Twining around my ribs;
Suffocating so I can't breathe;

Up around my eyes;
It blinds me
