As I lie in my room,
Thinking how hard hard it is.
To go on this simple thing called middle school.
How everyday I go up to my room after school,
I go up to my room and start crying.

I know it would be easy to commit,
But I'm still afraid.
Lonely, Cold, and Ashamed,
I feel this almost everyday.

It hurts me so bad,
What I have to go through each day.
To endure every insult,
to ignore every jeer.

Is it so hard just to be left alone.
With no real friends,
All I have is loneliness,
Which can't ever fade away

I promise you if you make good of that loneliness....write something meaningful (like a story that might help people), or "create" a friend, or something. Umm...good poem. I'm no longer in Middle school....but I wouldn't want to go back. It gets better, love. And don't get scared, lol, I just read the poem and felt like responding.
