Cage
She refuses to stay caged like a bird
Isolated, always under command
Always alone in the dark and mind
She can't express herself
Because she is not heard
Ignored, pushed off to the side
Not taken seriously, never listened to

This cage won't let her out
Won't let her be herself
Won't set her free
The song she's expected strongly to twitter
Turns int scrambled, high pitched notes,
Screaming to be unleashed
Instead it comes out wrong
Whistled into the wind
Never heard from again

thank you. this next poem has to do with a vampire

Red Knight
The blood on his fangs
terrified me so
his hair was as black and sleek
as the feathers of a crow
his face was pale, his fangs white
he was always blood thirsty
this horrifying red knight

his fangs got closer to my neck
I was entranced in his spell
there was nothing I could do
to prepare myself for living h***

Then I heard my love, brave and true
rushing into the clearing
where my captor was too
He fought for my love
the other for my blood
they fought on and on
til the red kinght hit the ground
with a soft and final thud

my guy pulled me up to my feet
I felt a tear to my eye
I was so happy that he lived
I started to cry

(I hope this poem wasn't corny lol)

Well, I guess it was time to admit it.
Time let the cat out of the bag.
I held it in for so long,
for so many years.

I knew he'd take it hard.
I knew he'd yell at me.
Trash things about,
and do as teens do.

I should've told him sooner.
Maybe then he wouldn't have suffered so much
Maybe he wouldn't have been tempted
to go there last night

I hope he'll forgive me.
Hope he'll stay strong.
If he doesn't trust me.
who can he trust?

His parents are gone,
godfather too.
The closest people to him,
are now lost and dead.

Didn't rhyme, but poems don't have to. What do you think?

its a good non-rhyming poem with a great sense of mystery behind him, and was it about Harry the last verse certainly implied that
